Thoughtfully redesigned by Lucy Bowen Design to meet the needs of a modern family with 3 teenage boys, this heritage Spanish Mission style home saw a total transformation.

The rear was completely demolished, we built a 50m2 fully tanked blockwork basement using hit and miss underpins beneath the existing heritage structure. The kitchen and living areas were inspired by Lucy’s time in America, complete with decorative exposed timber ceiling beams.
