The concept for these townhouses was originally designed by Robson Rak Architects. The interior design was by Pasquale Cook and the clients. These striking townhouses are located just off Toorak Road South Yarra. The Petersen K91 bricks to the facade were imported from Denmark through Robertson building products and the thermally broken aluminium windows imported direct from China (managed by us). We worked closely with the clients to ensure this build could be achieved for their budget, and found ways to help them achieve it whilst not compromising on the finishes and outcome. Both townhouses sold in August 2022 and the result exceeded the clients expectations.

We look forward to working with these clients again and another successful development.
