Blenheim St Residence Balaclava

This single fronted heritage house underwent a full re-build to bring it back to life. Bloom collaborated with talented interior design firm - Design by Golden (formerly We Are Huntly). The thoughtfully designed internal details have maximised space and created a very liveable family home. Executing The Paul Bangay designed garden finished the build off beautifully. Completed in early 2016, we are still very proud of what we were able to achieve on a challenging, narrow site.

Matt and Emma were a pleasure to deal with. The project came in on time and on budget, which was the result of careful planning and pre meetings prior to commencement of works. Once the project was underway everything ran to plan. The site was always kept clean and organised. Matt and his team were always one step ahead, identifying potential setbacks and working out ways to eliminate them with out the need of consulting my wife and I. We are extremely happy with the result we could not fault a thing.
