Founded in 2014, Bloom operates exclusively in Melbourne’s inner-east. Intentionally small and wholly independent, we take on only a select number of projects each year. She brings over 15 years of experience across major events and FMCG sales and marketing to her role, moving through the inner workings of development and construction with focus and precision. Her background has shaped her composed, commercially minded approach to keeping the moving parts of Bloom’s projects on course while ensuring the brand is expressed with integrity across every touchpoint.
Known for her calm, solutions-focused nature, Emma brings clarity to complexity and structure to decision-making. With a strategist’s mind and a designer’s eye, she helps define the tone and character of each Bloom home, balancing beauty with liveability across every detail.

DirectorMatt has always been drawn to the built environment. Not just the act of building, but the full arc of development. He honed his craft working with renowned property developers and construction firms before inevitably establishing Bloom in 2014. With over two decades of experience, he develops and delivers Bloom homes that are beautiful, functional and enduring, with no detail overlooked.
Matt sets the direction of each project from the outset. He assembles architecture and design teams that share his disciplined approach to form, finish and foresight. Working in close alignment to ensure every decision supports the intent it began with, Matt anticipates how designs will be approved and built, guiding favourable outcomes from planning through to delivery. His approach is measured and his standards are exacting, resulting in considered homes that feel both resolved and timeless.
